These terms govern your use of the Flunky Papers website and the purchase of products from Flunky Ventures. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell compiled booklets of past examination papers for Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A-Level, Edexcel IGCSE, and SAT. Booklets are available in two formats depending on your location:

• Printed booklets — available to customers in Kenya only. Spiral-bound and delivered to your address within 1–3 business days.
• Digital PDF downloads — available to customers outside Kenya only. Delivered by email and accessible via a private download link immediately after payment is confirmed.

We offer both pre-made booklets (fixed set of papers) and custom booklets (you choose the subjects, years, and paper types).

Past examination papers included in our booklets are the intellectual property of their respective owners — including Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), Pearson / Edexcel, and the College Board (SAT) — and are reproduced for educational compilation purposes only.

The compilation, formatting, and organisation of papers into booklets is original work by Flunky Ventures and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our booklets — in whole or in part — without our written permission.

Booklets purchased from Flunky Papers are licensed for:

• Personal study and revision by the purchasing student.
• Use within a single school or tutoring session when a school/bulk order has been placed.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute digital files to others.
• Upload digital files to any website, file-sharing platform, or cloud service accessible to third parties.
• Print physical copies from digital files for commercial distribution.

All payments are processed by Paystack. We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) for physical orders and in US Dollars (USD) for digital orders.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

To request a refund or report an issue, email flunkyventures@gmail.com with your order details.

Custom booklet orders are compiled after payment. For digital custom orders, your PDF will typically be prepared within 1–2 business days; you will receive an email with your download link once it is ready.

Because custom booklets are compiled to your specific selection, they are non-refundable once the compilation process has begun, except in the case of an error on our part.

Digital order download links are unique to your order and are for personal use only. Links expire after 1 hour but you may revisit your order page to generate a fresh link at any time using the private URL sent to your email address. Do not share your order link with others.

Flunky Papers booklets are revision aids and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson, or the College Board.

We make no guarantees regarding examination outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
